Authentic boxing and kickboxing training in shadow boxing, against pads, the stand-up bag, and safe partner sparring. Learn basic footwork, punches and kicks to burn fat and builds skills!
We work on body weight exercises such as push ups, pull-ups, squats and core work. We use many variations and in set patterns of circuits or specialty workouts. We become flexible, strong, fast and functional warriors!
Develop combat skills and a fighting spirit to keep yourself safe. No nonsense training teaches you to escape real life and death situations through stress drills, weapon disarms and games that duplicate real fighting situations.
Achieving your dream body is 30% training and 70% nutrition. We follow a proven low fat, high protein, moderate carb diet with a five hour cheat meal time per week that lets you eat whatever you want with no guilt or regrets.
